Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have updated their child custody agreement, tweaking the rules for how they’ll co-parent their two kids following their divorce.

According to court docs, Tia and Cory put new rules in place for visiting each other’s places—neither parent is allowed inside the other’s house unless invited. The goal is to keep clear boundaries while co-parenting their kids.

The agreement also allows Hardrict to spend time with the children during Mowry’s parenting time, as long as both children are present unless circumstances make that impossible.

These new custody rules build on the deal they made when their divorce was finalized back in 2023. At the time, Tia and Cory agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of their kids. They also added a rule that neither of them could introduce a new partner to the kids unless they’d been dating exclusively for at least six months.

Mowry and Hardrict announced their split in October 2022 after 14 years of marriage. Since then, both have spoken publicly about prioritizing their children and working together to create a positive co-parenting environment.
