Pretty Ricky member Spectacular Smith is facing a sexual assault and battery lawsuit filed by an Arizona woman who says an interaction that started on Instagram took a much more serious turn.

According to the lawsuit, Smith initially reached out asking Dieng for restaurant recommendations, and the two continued talking before arranging to meet in person

Dieng alleges Smith originally gave her one location for their meeting but later changed it to a residence in Maricopa County. She says she arrived at the home alone at around 10:30 p.m. on October 24, 2025.

According to the complaint, Dieng alleges Smith initiated physical contact after she arrived and that the encounter escalated into sexual intercourse without her consent. She also alleges that Smith placed his hands around her neck and applied pressure that restricted her breathing. The lawsuit further claims that all or part of the encounter was recorded without her knowledge or consent.

Dieng’s lawsuit says she reported the alleged incident to Phoenix police and underwent a forensic sexual assault examination the following day. The complaint also alleges that medical findings included tenderness, redness, and an indentation on the right side of her neck.

Dieng is suing Smith for assault and battery and sexual assault and is seeking damages, including punitive damages. Her attorney, Benjamin Taylor, told TMZ that they intend to pursue justice for his client.

Smith, who rose to fame as a member of Pretty Ricky, has not publicly responded to the allegations in the reports reviewed for this story.
