Kelly Rowland Says Giving Up Alcohol Changed Her Life
Kelly Rowland is opening up about a personal lifestyle change that’s made a big difference.
The singer recently shared with Women’s Health that she’s been sober for about a year and a half. The decision came after realizing alcohol was leaving her feeling tired, foggy, and not like herself. Once she stopped drinking, she noticed better sleep, more energy, and a much clearer mind.
Rowland admitted she still misses having a glass of white wine from time to time, but says how good she feels now makes it worth it.
She also explained that her decision wasn’t about following a trend—it was simply about listening to her body and doing what works best for her.
