Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker Reach Divorce Settlement After 11 Years Of Marriage

Kandi Burruss and her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, have officially reached a divorce settlement, bringing an end to their 11-year marriage.

According to court documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia, the former couple finalized a settlement agreement on March 11, 2026, several months after publicly announcing their split in late 2025. The court requested final documents, including a parenting plan and child support paperwork, to complete the process.

Burruss first revealed in November 2025 that she had decided to move forward with a divorce after what she described as deep reflection and prayer. At the time, the singer and entrepreneur said her main priority was maintaining peace in her life while continuing to focus on motherhood and respectful co-parenting.

The couple shares two children, son Ace and daughter Blaze, and both also have children from previous relationships. Despite the legal proceedings, Burruss has expressed hope that she and Tucker can maintain a positive co-parenting relationship and continue supporting their children together.

Their divorce process drew public attention after reports surfaced of disagreements over custody and financial matters, including discussions surrounding the couple’s prenuptial agreement. At one point, Tucker reportedly sought primary custody of their children, which added tension to the proceedings before the pair ultimately settled.

Burruss and Tucker first met in 2011 while filming the reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The couple became engaged in 2013 and married the following year, later appearing together in several Bravo spin-offs and business ventures.

While details of the final settlement have not been fully disclosed, the agreement signals the end of a highly publicized chapter in the couple’s relationship as they transition into co-parenting and separate personal paths. More updates may emerge as the final court filings are completed.
