Paige Hurd & Royce O’Neale Engagement Is A Dream Come True!
Talk about a dream come true! Actress Paige Hurd and Phoenix Suns star Royce O’Neale are officially engaged! And the best part? He’s marrying his childhood crush! How amazing is that?!

The dream began when Royce and Paige met in January 2024, a time when Paige had intentionally stepped back from dating, a commitment she’d made to herself and her therapist. It was during a period of fasting and spiritual focus that she encountered Royce. Paige stated to People Magazine,
“Nice as can be, but I just said we could be friends. After a while he won me over, and we have been truly inseparable ever since. That’s my best friend first.”
You might remember Paige from the movie ‘Beauty Shop’ – she played Queen Latifah’s daughter. Get this: Royce revealed he’s had a crush on her ever since seeing her in various TV shows and films.
“She was my lifelong crush. Couple years ago me and my friends were talking, I mentioned to them one day I will meet her, date her and marry her. Of course they thought I was joking, but I was serious — it was just the fact we had to meet each other in person,” Royce said.
Paige Hurd also shared with People Magazine when she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.
“I’m beyond lucky and blessed. Royce is the most thoughtful, down-to-earth, gentle man I’ve ever known and I couldn’t be happier to spend the rest of my life with him. I believe deep down I knew for a while, but for sure in August of last year.”
On Jan. 1, New Year’s Day, O’Neal publicly confirmed his romance with Paige by sharing several holiday photos on Instagram. Details are below.

Royce O’Neale and Paige Hurd announced their engagement to People magazine where they revealed he popped the big question at their romantic getaway that took place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on February 13th.
They reported that their dinner included rose petals, candlelights to set the mood, and a cozy fireplace. When dessert rolled out, a slice of red cake came with the big question on the plate: “Will You Marry Me?”
I was feeling nervous because I wasn’t trying to give off any nerve-wracking behavior or give any signs that something was up,” O’Neale explained. “I was really excited because I knew Paige wasn’t expecting it and wanted it to be a huge, special surprise.”
