Patriots star Stefon Diggs is facing assault allegations involving his former personal chef, a case that’s had fans and the sports world buzzing since December 2, 2025.

In the past, Stefon Diggs, 32, has been involved in multiple active lawsuits and legal disputes.

In February 2025, while with the Houston Texans, Diggs filed a six-count lawsuit against two women, Mia Jones and Brianna Mack, alleging assault and extortion. He claimed Jones punched him in the chest and threatened him with a deadly weapon as part of an attempt to “extort millions of dollars”.

In late 2025, Diggs filed a libel lawsuit against social media influencer Christopher Blake Griffith, who publicly accused Diggs of drugging, attempted sexual assault, and conspiracy to kill in a May 2023 incident. Griffith filed a counterclaim for sexual battery and battery in return.

In September, a woman named Aileen Lopera filed a paternity suit against Diggs, claiming he was her daughter’s father, which was later confirmed by a paternity test.

An arraignment has been scheduled for January 23, 2026, in Dedham District Court.
