Recently on Cam Newton’s ‘Funky Friday‘ podcast, the rapper admits that in the past, he fell into the same traps as many young men in the industry–living the fast life, chasing attention, and letting his ego lead. But now, Ace Hood says he’s operating on a whole different level.

“Before my wife came into my life, I was the boy,” Ace Hood tells Cam Newton. “I’ve had my fair share of women, doing whatever I want…having fun.” And when it comes to temptation, discipline and self-worth are what keep him grounded. “In terms of being in a marriage, for me…imma take that serious. I don’t play with marriage, I’m not that type of guy. I’m very intentional when I do something.” He concluded with, “If we gone get married, we gone do this, we locking in. That’s how I hold out on the temptation bro, I respect mine no matter where I go.”
